Last friday evening we popped over to Dalston, east London to view the Print Club London's latest print show, Secret Blisters '09. The concept of the show was simple, 35 unique screenprints each by a different artist, each print in an edition of 35, selling for £35 a piece. On every print the artist's signature was covered to encourage buyers to pick something they liked rather than going on the artists reputation.
The opening night was certainly a success with over 1000 visitors. We picked up a couple of prints and like others have mentioned if it hadn't been for the fact that it was a cash only affair we would have probably ended up with a fair few more.
Keep your eyes peeled for the next show, it is definitely worth attending.
The creative pie's personal favourite was the work of Peter Stitson.
